Terms of Service

52hzAlgo provides invite-only TradingView indicators on a monthly subscription sold through Whop. By starting a trial or subscription you agree to these terms.

Access is personal and tied to one TradingView username. Sharing or reselling access ends it without refund.
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. After that, all sales are final once access is granted. Cancel auto-renew any time in your Whop account; no prorations.
TradingView, brokers and data feeds are third-party services and are not covered by your subscription.
We may update, improve or retire features. Material changes are announced in the changelog and Discord.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service: your email, TradingView username and purchase status (via Whop), and anonymous site analytics. We never sell your data. Payments are processed by Whop; we never see your card details. To delete your data, email support.
